Welcome to the Family!
My name is Fr. Joshua Carlos and I am the Parish Administrator of Holy Family Catholic Church in Brownsville, TX. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve this beautiful community for more than a year. In this short time, I have encountered the love and humility exemplified by the Holy Family of Nazareth. Of course, this community does not express these characteristics perfectly. There are good days and bad days just like there was in the family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. But this community recognizes its weaknesses and seeks holiness for the glory of God and the salvation of all humanity. We hope that you will join us on this beautiful journey towards eternal life in Jesus Christ, the Eucharistic Lord.
Mi nombre es Padre Joshua Carlos y soy el Administrador de la parroquia de Holy Family Catholic Church en Brownsville, TX. Ha sido un honor y un privilegio servir a esta hermosa comunidad por más de un año. En este corto tiempo, he encontrado el amor y la humildad ejemplificados por la Sagrada Familia de Nazaret. Por supuesto, esta comunidad no expresa perfectamente estas características. Hay días buenos y días malos como en la familia de Jesús, María y José. Pero esta comunidad reconoce sus debilidades y busca la santidad para la gloria de Dios y la salvación de toda la humanidad. Esperamos que nos acompañen en este hermoso viaje hacia la vida eterna en Jesucristo, el Señor de la Eucaristía.
